Plain terms, stated upfront, so you know exactly where you stand before you pay an advance.
This policy applies to all bookings made with ShowTime OnTime. It's written to be read before you pay anything โ if something here doesn't match what you were told directly, ask us to confirm in writing before you proceed.
A booking is confirmed with 50% of the total package value paid in advance. The remaining 50% is due before the event begins. No date is held as confirmed until the advance is received.
Cancellations must be raised directly with us โ by phone or WhatsApp โ with a reason, so we can acknowledge the cancellation formally. Once acknowledged:
This applies across all event types and package sizes โ there's no separate rule for specific decoration items, props or vendor bookings once the advance has been paid against them.
Moving your event to a new date is possible and is usually the better option compared to cancelling outright. It depends on vendor and date availability at the time, and additional charges may apply depending on how the new date affects the scope or cost of the booking. Talk to us as early as possible if a date change is likely.
We do not carry event insurance by default, and outdoor setups are undertaken at the client's risk โ the venue and setting are the client's choice. If you'd like weather insurance or a backup indoor/covered setup planned in advance, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Ask us about this before booking if your event is outdoors and weather-dependent.
Once a booking is confirmed, ShowTime OnTime does not cancel events. In the rare event that unavoidable circumstances make this necessary, we will first try to arrange a suitable backup so your event can still go ahead; if that isn't possible, a full refund will be given.
Payments can be made by UPI, bank transfer or cash, as you prefer. An invoice is generated for every payment received.
If anything here is unclear for your specific event, ask before paying the advance โ we'd rather confirm it in writing than leave it ambiguous.
